Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.44 to $33.65 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualified candidates.
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring team collaboration.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting records, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation for a smooth transition.
- Track recruitment metrics and talent pipelines to improve hiring results.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Qualifications:
- Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques, or HR experience.
- Experience with ATS platforms and HR software
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Oregon and federal employment laws.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certification.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
