CSMs help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilitiesYou'll be a Trusted Advisor to one or more of AWS's largest financial services customers, guiding them through their cloud transformation journey across three pillars:ð Value Realization - Identify and accelerate business outcomes by connecting customers with the right AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices at the right time.ð Enablement - Build programs that grow your customer's cloud fluency — think skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partnerships, and hands-on learning.️ Governance - Help customers establish the operating models and structures (Cloud/AI CoE, communities of practice, adoption frameworks) that set them up for long-term, scalable success.A day in the lifeYou'll split your time between direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, and internal orchestration across AWS teams. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
