Testing Technician | Kearny, NJ | $32-$35+/hr Industrial Surge Power Manufacturer Hiring an Electrical Testing Technician Pay: $32-$35+/hour Shift: 1st Shift Location: Kearny, NJ We are seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Technician skilled in low voltage switchgear, electrical testing, and troubleshooting . This is a hands-on role responsible for testing electrical equipment, interpreting schematics and blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring panels are operating properly. Responsibilities Perform low-voltage switchgear and electrical testing Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings Test and operate electrical panels Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues Perform manual testing using appropriate test equipment Verify equipment is functioning properly and meets requirements Assist with wiring and other electrical work as needed Qualifications 2+ years of electrical testing experience Experience with low-voltage switchgear testing Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Wiring and electrical assembly experience is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kearny, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
