Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: Full-Time

Rate: $30-$36 per hour

Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lancaster, PA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function

• Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress

• Support residents in achieving rehabilitation and recovery goals

• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You'll Bring:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current PTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to ethical care, professionalism, and continued learning
