Qualifications:
- CPA
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, review, and complete engagements and deliverables
- Oversee and mentor staff, providing feedback and guidance on professional development
- Develop expertise in assigned areas and effectively utilize available resources to solve complex issues
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth
- Assist with administrative functions, including managing delegated projects
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients
- Act as a trusted contact for clients, ensuring strong professional relationships
- Manage project workflows, staff assignments, and workload distribution
- Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution to ensure timely completion of engagements
- Maintain profitability and oversee budgeting processes
- Assist with billing-related matters and inquiries
