It's not just good sense, it's good business. Job Summary We are seeking a Back-Up Lead Operatorto support our production teamin ensuring the smooth operationof our manufacturing processes. The Back-Up Lead Operator willassist the Lead Operator in coordinatingand overseeing activities on the production floor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentrequired; technical certificationor associate degree preferred Proven experience in a manufacturingor industrial environment Familiarity with operating machineryand equipment Basic math skills and the abilityto read and interpret technicaldocuments Strong attention to detail andproblem-solving skills Ability to work effectively ina team environment and followinstructions closely Responsibilities Assist the Lead Operator in organizingand prioritizing production activities Operate machinery and equipmentaccording to established proceduresand safety guidelines Monitor production processesand adjust as neededto ensure quality and efficiency Troubleshoot equipment issuesand perform minor repairs or adjustments Maintain accurate productionrecords and reports Support training of new teammembers on production processes Follow all safety protocols andguidelines to ensure a safe workenvironment This position offers the opportunityto contribute to a dynamic manufacturingteam and participate in the productionof high-quality products.
