Job Details Permanent Staff Accountant – Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain important financial reports. Analyze complex financial records and reports. Collaborate with the financial team to perform forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Create financial models for decision support. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and non‑compliance issues. Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Perform variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations. Assist with financial and tax audits. Document and monitor internal controls to support the auditing team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills. Experience with other finance‑related software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical and time‑management skills. Certification such as CMA or CPA is a plus.
