Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their unique requirements, personal goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client recovery and enhance coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote informed decision-making.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and goals, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliant health records.

• Integrate care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client mental health.
