We are seeking a

Program

Coordinator

to join a mission-driven Health & Human Services team supporting individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and helping them transition into permanent housing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

strong administrative skills, great communication abilities, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the community.

What You'll Do Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately Support daily administrative operations across multiple program locations Maintain petty cash, billing, check requests, and MetroCard distribution Maintain facility and staff calendars Track staff vacation and scheduling information Maintain vendor files, records, and documentation Order and manage office and program supplies Maintain organized filing systems, including confidential client records Attend meetings and prepare meeting notes Help coordinate events and office activities Provide general administrative support to the program team Travel between multiple locations as needed

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree

or equivalent relevant experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with

Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable learning new software and systems Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver's license and a good driving record Must have reliable access to a car, as travel between program locations is required
