Job Description:

Join a growing assembly team and become a success story! In this role, you’ll assemble electrical panel boxes using hand and power tools. You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring in electrical panel boxes
• Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns
• Follow assembly instructions and documentation to produce finished products
• Manually move materials and products using hands and arms

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable with manual tasks and tool use
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and documentation
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

The base salary for this position is $16/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
