Associate Data Architect - Business Intelligence

Salary: $69,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.
• We prefer a masters degree or advanced technical training in data, analytics, or cloud technologies.
• We seek 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data architecture.
• We require hands-on experience creating enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions in modern BI platforms.
• We look for experience with healthcare data areas such as revenue cycle, finance, clinical operations, or population health.
• We strongly value direct experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or comparable enterprise BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• We prefer strong Oracle database experience, including solid SQL skills and familiarity with PL/SQL.
• We value experience with patient accounting systems such as OHPAC, CPA, or similar solutions.
• We prefer experience with EHR data, ideally Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium.
• We look for experience in cloud-based analytics environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar platforms.
• We prefer background in data warehouse or enterprise analytics environments such as HDI or EDW.
• We value experience collaborating with vendors and internal teams during implementations, data migrations, or platform transitions.
• We prefer experience building governed, reusable analytics assets such as standardized dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers.
• We prefer relevant certifications such as OAC, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database SQL or PL/SQL, cloud platform, or healthcare analytics credentials.

• We design, develop, and maintain Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards and subject areas in HDI.
• We write and tune SQL, and PL/SQL where applicable, against Oracle databases.
• We partner with business stakeholders to convert revenue cycle and operational questions into accurate analytics solutions.
• We ensure dashboards are fast, well-governed, and aligned with standardized enterprise definitions.
• We collaborate with Oracle Health and our internal IT teams during platform transition, validation, and ongoing enhancement.
• We support executive, operational, clinical, and revenue cycle analytics across OHPAC, CPA, and Oracle Health EHR data.
• We help validate transitioned data, stand up vendor-provided dashboards, and expand analytics beyond out-of-the-box content.
• We build custom dashboards and reusable analytics assets to address our unique business and operational needs.

We are supporting a major enterprise analytics transformation as we move away from legacy PIE reports and Tableau dashboards on AWS/Vertica and standardize on Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This full-time, day-shift role is based in Charleston, West Virginia, at Northgate-400 Association Dr. The Associate Data Architect will work closely with Oracle Health and our internal IT and business teams on a high-impact platform transition, helping us deliver governed, reliable, and scalable dashboards for revenue cycle, clinical, and operational decision-making.
