Burr & Forman LLP is seeking an Associate with 5+ years of experience for its Real Estate group in the Charleston, SC office. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state bar association. Experience with M&A, venture capital, or commercial real estate lending is preferred. Quality candidates will be self-starters with great client service skills and strong academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, organizational and analytical skills.
