Lead Global Initiative For Market Strategies

Join our client, a leader in food and animal safety, as a Project Manager for their Global Go-To-Market Optimization initiative. You'll drive execution across global teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative.
• Manage complex, cross-functional, and global workstreams.
• Partner with senior leaders for strategic alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish governance, cadence, and reporting for transparency and accountability.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans to keep the program on track.
• Drive execution against milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across global teams.
• Translate complex concepts into clear communications for stakeholders.
• Manage change impacts and support adoption of GTM improvements.

Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in leading large-scale, complex initiatives globally.
• Experience managing programs with complex organizational structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global and regional teams.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
• Track record of identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail.
