Description - What You'll Be Engaged In

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established protocols.
• Ensure accurate results by analyzing tests, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff members, and help maintain the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Uphold a clean and secure workspace while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of hire.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your employment.
