Manufacturing Opportunities – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts
Picker & Packer, Forklift
Temp-to-Hire | Starting at $14.20/hr* ($11.70/hour + $20 Daily Attendance Bonus)
Strasburg & Beach City, OH
No manufacturing experience? No problem! If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we want to meet you.
Prior background history does not automatically disqualify candidates. No drug screening.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate manufacturing machinery
- Package products at the end of the production line
- Use forklifts or pallet jacks to move products around the facility
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 18+
- Able to stand/walk for 8–12 hours in a warehouse environment
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- A true team player who works well with others
