Associate Project Analyst / Billing Customer Service

Labcorp seeks a hybrid Associate Project Analyst to manage billing customer service and project support in Itasca, Illinois. The role involves resolving billing issues, coordinating with internal departments and clients, and supporting accounts receivable initiatives across assigned customer subdivisions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer billing issues including bill-type transfers and patient billing investigations
• Coordinate with internal departments, sales personnel, and customers on disputes, pricing, and data cleanup
• Review invoices for accuracy and support account startups for billing alignment
• Participate in client education on billing processes and conduct billing audits for assigned customers
• Support accounts receivable performance and bad debt reduction initiatives for subdivisions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years billing customer service, accounting, or project-oriented work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Healthcare or lab industry billing experience strongly preferred
• Prior sales or client-facing work experience strongly preferred

Compensation: $28-30/hr
