Project Coordinator | Roselle, IL | $60K–$70K

A growing manufacturing and engineering company in the western suburbs is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, communicating across departments, and making sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion
\n
• Communicate with project managers, engineering, procurement, shipping, and other internal teams
\n
• Track project milestones, deadlines, documentation, and deliveries
\n
• Monitor purchasing, parts availability, and long-lead items
\n
• Help identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate solutions
\n
• Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, and billing information
\n
• Support shipping and logistics coordination
\n
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle
\n

What they’re looking for:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
\n
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, purchasing, estimating, or a similar role
\n
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
\n
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
\n
• Manufacturing, OEM, engineering, procurement, or ERP experience is a plus
\n
