Position Responsibilities Complete folder/gluer make-readies efficiently and safely Operate folding/gluing equipment while maintaining high quality standards Produce quality cartons for high-end retail and consumer packaging Perform quality inspections throughout production runs Work with Leary Gluing Systems and related inspection systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting Communicate effectively with press, die-cutting, and finishing departments Help support production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards Equipment Experience Preferred Experience with any of the following equipment is highly valued: Bobst Equipment Bobst Domino 90 / 110 / 136 / 143 Bobst Media Bobst Alpina Bobst Masterfold Bobst Visionfold Other Folder/Gluers Jagenberg Diana International Royal Similar folding carton converting equipment Candidates with related converting, finishing, packaging, or mechanical production experience are also encouraged to apply.
