Job Description

Position Overview

Take the lead in developing and managing a liver transplant program that stands out as the primary referral center within a 200-mile radius. This role offers a fully supported surgical team, genuine autonomy, and a flexible lifestyle.

Practice Responsibilities

Act as the Medical Director for Transplant Hepatology.
Supervise clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and the expansion of the program.
Serve as the Primary Transplant Hepatologist, fulfilling all associated duties.
Ensure adherence to UNOS/OPTN regulations and standards.
Deliver comprehensive hepatology care before and after transplantation.
Conduct gastrointestinal scopes for transplant-specific patients.
Possess a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Transplant Hepatology.

Compensation and Benefits

Attractive base salary starting at $550,000 or more.
Includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME, PTO, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage.
