Senior Collections Specialist: Resolve Delinquent Accounts

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks an experienced Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts across aging buckets (1–120+ days), including First Payment, Defaults, Write-offs, Legal and Bankruptcy. You will perform daily collection activities via calls, emails, texts, and letters, maintaining a structured follow-up system to ensure commitments are met. Requirements include 3+ years in collections, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and proficiency with Zuora, Salesforce, CIS #J-18808-Ljbffr Westinghouse Electric Company
