You will learn our proven sales system, earn from day one, and have a clear path into sales consulting, leadership, and management. What You Will Do Walk residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our complimentary roof and exterior inspection program Start conversations, build trust, and educate homeowners on storm damage and maintenance solutions Schedule inspection appointments and track your outreach in our CRM Hit individual and team activity goals with daily coaching from experienced sales leaders Learn a proven sales process that prepares you to advance into in‑home sales consulting Who Thrives in This Role Restaurant servers and bartenders who read people and stay composed under pressure Retail associates who know how to engage customers and close Hospitality professionals ready for income growth beyond hourly wages Athletes and veterans who bring discipline, energy, and a competitive edge Anyone hungry, coachable, and ready to build a real career — not just take another job Requirements Valid driver’s license (required) Must be 18 years or older Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people No sales experience required — we provide comprehensive paid training Schedule Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month (9 AM – 2 PM). One hour paid lunch included. This is an outdoor, field‑based position.
