About The Role We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install new equipment and perform maintenance and repair services for our customers. The role combines travel, technical expertise, and direct customer interaction, allowing you to ensure our equipment performs at its best and to help our customers optimize their operations. Who We’re Looking For Strong electro‑mechanical skills and a customer‑facing mindset are essential. What You’ll Do Enter the Reiser "FIRST" program for extensive training on our flagship products. Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on‑site repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. Travel 70‑90% of the time within the Mid‑Atlantic and East Coast regions to visit food production facilities and help customers optimize their equipment. Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Participate in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment. Requirements 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus. Customer‑focused mindset. Comfortable with 60‑80% travel during the week, primarily within the Mid‑Atlantic by automobile or plane. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.
