About the Opportunity

Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client a high-volume, procedure-forward orthopedic practice in Houston, Texas specializing in acute musculoskeletal and personal injury care within a multidisciplinary care model. The practice is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon to provide surgical and procedural care for patients presenting with acute upper and lower extremity injuries, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient / acute care environment.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong experience treating orthopedic and extremity-related injuries
• Strong surgical and procedural expertise
• Ability to manage acute injury cases efficiently
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Scope of Work

• Evaluate and diagnose acute musculoskeletal injuries involving the upper and lower extremities
• Treat orthopedic injuries associated with trauma and personal injury cases
• Develop individualized treatment plans using surgical and non-surgical approaches
• Perform extremity-focused orthopedic surgical and procedural interventions
• Manage patients throughout the treatment and recovery process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, care teams, and relevant case stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Exercise independent clinical judgment while following appropriate standards of care
