Orthopedic Surgeon OpportunityThis opportunity is with a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization providing high-quality orthopedic and musculoskeletal care in the Greater Houston area.The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint conditions involving the knees, shoulders, and hips. This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and follow-up care, serving an active and diverse patient population.The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both operative and non-operative joint conditions and interested in long-term practice growth within a supportive, high-volume setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat orthopedic conditions related to the knee, shoulder, and hipPerform joint-related surgical procedures, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeriesManage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient careProvide non-surgical treatment options when appropriateCollaborate with physical therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staffMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationParticipate in quality improvement and patient outcome initiativesQualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residencyFellowship training in joints, sports medicine, or related subspecialty preferredBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryEligible for Texas medical licensureStrong clinical, communication, and patient-care skillsCompensation & Practice HighlightsCompetitive compensation package with productivity potentialEstablished referral base and consistent patient volume
