Senior Employee Benefits Strategy Lead for Key Clients

USI Insurance Services seeks an EB Senior Account Manager to oversee complex employee benefit accounts and act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients. You will provide consultative guidance, manage service delivery, and lead renewal negotiations with carriers. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Form 5500, and Health Care Reform, plus exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
