In this role, you will handle the accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work closely with production and inventory teams to maintain workflow efficiency while ensuring quality and compliance. This position offers long‑term stability in a supportive and safety‑focused environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the system Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and delivery schedules Qualifications and Requirements Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for data entry and record‑keeping Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Benefits and Perks Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid holidays Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Your New Organization Our client is a recognized leader in producing bolts, nuts, licensed screws, and advanced form parts for diverse automotive applications. The base salary range for this position is $37,440–$41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
