Part Time Administrative AssistantThe Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically for the unique needs of adult women. The Administrative Assistant works closely with all departments and is a key role in helping them work together successfully. Our ideal candidate would bring organization and attention to detail to support many aspects of our program and help ensure professionalism and efficiency in supporting our clients and staff.Employment Type:Part TimeOnsiteMonday - Friday, 9:00AM - 1:00PMResponsibilities:Perform weekly chart audit and disseminate to Executive TeamAdminister required client surveysFacilitate onsite admissions in coordination with admissions and clinical teamsPrimary phone coverage - answer and direct incoming callsGreet visitors and guests; ensure compliance with sign in proceduresAssist clinical team with incoming and outgoing client lettersDistribute and file incoming and outgoing mail and shipment distribute shipmentsMaintain office supply quantities and process office supply ordersDocument preparation and copying informationAssist with CARF licensure and auditing of filesMaintain office filing and organizational systemsIT point of contact-troubleshoot failures, call for repair, monitor preventative maintenance, monitor and purchase postage for meterOffice tidiness/ support operations team in tour readinessMaintain complete confidentiality of company issuesQualifications:Familiar with Microsoft Office programsAdministrative office experiencePreferred Qualifications:Management experience in a residential treatment setting2 years management experienceWe're officially a Great Place To Work®!
