In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience. Youll partner closely with operations, technicians, sales, centralized support teams, and leadership to ensure service work is booked accurately, executed efficiently, and billed correctly. This is a hands-on operational role at the center of growth, change, and customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced service environment and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliEnsure accurate and timely booking of service jobs in coordination with sales teams, including daily review of closed-unbooked opportunities/liliComplete job setup, billing plans, and scheduling notifications for Service Coordinators/liliReview open orders daily and drive timely job completion/liliAssist with warranty and startup jobs/liliProcess parts ordering, purchase orders, and AAP requests/liliReview Preliminary Billing Documents (PBDs) and ensure invoices are processed on time/liliEnsure accurate billing for projects, service contracts, time materials, and fixed-price work/liliPerform project reconciliation to minimize under-billed or missed revenue/liliServe as an Accounts Receivable subject matter expert/liliResolve customer billing disputes and manage credit holds/liliSubmit and maintain tax exemption documentation/liliSet up new customers and vendors accurately to avoid delays or disputes/liliMonitor operational metrics and report progress, trends, and issues to the team/liliProactively support pull-through revenue by assisting with repair and service opportunity tracking/liliAssist leadership in driving on-time, within-budget service execution/liliBuild strong, lasting relationships with customers and external partners/liliPrepare and complete agreement or renewal booking./liliRemotely support the service specialist team in quoting, approval and scheduling the execution of field service work./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili3+ years of customer service in HVAC service industry/lili2+ years of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce or SAP/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business Management or a related field/liliDetail oriented with strong follow through/liliAn excellent communicator with a customer first mindset/liliA self starter who brings energy, accountability, and process discipline/liliTime and priority management skills/liliComfortable working across teams in a fast paced service environment/liliEHS awareness/li/ulpPay Range/ppThe annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually.
