As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for directing the activities of warehouse staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring supply inventory levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forklift operation and possess good communication skills. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will need to work collaboratively with other coworkers to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Qualifications Extensive forklift experience Leadership skills Computer literate Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Responsibilities Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals Effective communication with supervisors Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations Enforce all PPE requirements Monitor supplies inventory levels and notify supervisor to replenish Compose and distribute daily reports Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Schedule of available shifts First shift Monday through Thursday 5 am to 3:30 pm Second shift Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 2 am Third shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5 am to 3:30 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr SLS
