Collaborates and partners with other providers to develop and initiate an education plan for individual and group classes in an efficient manner that is meaningful to the patient and family.Experience2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN)Preferred Qualifications2 years of experience in pediatricsEducationBachelor's degree in Nutrition or graduation from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor of Science in Nursing for nurses)Certification SummaryLicensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or Registered Dietitian licenseCertified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES, previously known as CDE) or Board-Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) as soon as required number of diabetes education hours is acquired and within 2 years of eligibility.
