Job Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI Duration: FTE Salary: $165K - $185k annually + benefits Role Overview Client is seeking a hands-on technology leader to build and scale enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities across a global organization. This individual will lead data architecture, cloud platforms, business intelligence, AI solutions, and governance while managing technical teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design and scale enterprise data platforms using Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks, or similar technologies. Lead data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and enterprise data architecture. Drive Power BI reporting, dashboards, DAX, and data modeling. Implement production AI solutions involving GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation. Establish data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards. Lead and mentor data engineering, analytics, and AI teams, including offshore resources. Partner with business leaders to define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, architecture, or AI. 3–5+ years of technical team leadership experience. Strong experience with Azure, Fabric, Databricks, or comparable cloud data platforms. Advanced Power BI, DAX, SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT experience. Hands-on experience implementing production GenAI, RAG, LLM, or AI agent solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, integration, and security. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, SAP/ERP, and global enterprise experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
