Business Development Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Associate – Entry Level to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in business development, fundraising, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and event outreach .

About the Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will represent charitable and nonprofit organizations at community events and public outreach locations . You’ll engage with the public, share information about charitable programs and fundraising campaigns, answer questions, and connect interested individuals with opportunities to support important causes.

This is a face-to-face, event-based position focused on customer engagement, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent charitable and nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
• Engage professionally with members of the public
• Educate individuals about charitable programs, campaigns, and fundraising opportunities
• Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information
• Support donor and community outreach initiatives
• Deliver a positive and professional public experience
• Participate in team meetings, paid training, and coaching
• Work with team members to achieve campaign goals
• Follow campaign guidelines and organizational procedures
• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and integrity
