Direct Counsel is representing a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a midlevel or senior Associate, or Of Counsel , to join its sophisticated Structured Transactions practice group.

Locations : Chicago | New York | Philadelphia | Washington, D.C.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong corporate and finance transactional experience looking to work on complex structured finance and securitization matters within a nationally recognized platform.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated structured transactions and financing matters
• Work on a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions, including:
  • RMBS
  • ABS
  • CLOs
  • Other structured financing arrangements
• Collaborate with clients and deal teams on transaction structuring, documentation, and execution
• Handle complex corporate and finance transactional matters across a broad range of industries

Qualifications

• Midlevel to senior-level law firm experience
• Strong background in corporate and/or finance transactions
• Experience with structured finance and securitization preferred
• RMBS, ABS, CLO, and/or financing transaction experience highly preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office of interest required

Compensation

Expected salary range in Illinois, New York, and Washington, D.C.: $225,000 – $435,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
