Finance & Transactions Associate Attorney

AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with an AM200 Law firm who are seeking a Finance Associate to join its Washington, DC office as part of a collaborative Finance & Transactions practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial finance matters, direct partner interaction, and opportunities for client facing responsibility and business development within a team oriented environment. Requirements 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously J.D. with strong academic credentials Admission in Washington, DC The Firm Offers Sophisticated transactional work within a collegial environment Meaningful responsibility and client exposure Strong mentoring, training, and professional development support Competitive compensation and benefits package Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Compensation Base salary range: $290,000 - $340,000 annually, depending on experience and class year Comprehensive benefits package includes - bonus eligibility, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, wellness initiatives, paid time off, commuter benefits, family support programs, and additional employee perks.
