We are seeking a focused and dependable Part Time Mail Imaging Associate to join our team in Canton. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that physical records are accurately digitized and prepared for distribution. Key Responsibilities

• Document Digitization: Operate high-volume scanners to convert physical documents into digital formats for processing.

• Mail Preparation: Efficiently fold letters and insert them into envelopes according to project specifications.

• Physical Handling: Organize, move, and lift boxes of documents (typically under 20 pounds).

• Quality Control: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all scans are legible and all mailings are accurate.

• Versatility: Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train in different departments to support team goals as needed.

Requirements

• Reliability is Key: We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of excellent attendance. Consistency is vital for this role.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to catch small errors and maintain high standards during repetitive tasks.

• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for portions of the day and able to lift up to 20 pounds.
