Location: Los Angeles, CA — This is an on-site opportunity in a professional office setting. Note : A California Bar license and at least 2 years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience are required. Candidates should also have experience with depositions and arbitrations and be comfortable managing a reasonable caseload under the guidance of a supervising attorney. Job Description Develop case strategy and litigation tactics designed to effectively advocate for clients. Manage all aspects of assigned personal injury client files from litigation through resolution. Communicate consistently and effectively with clients throughout the life of their cases. Prepare for and participate in depositions, arbitrations, negotiations, and other litigation activities. Work closely with case managers, pre-litigation professionals, lien negotiators, and supervising attorneys. Evaluate cases, identify issues, and develop practical strategies and game plans for successful outcomes. Maintain organized case files, deadlines, documentation, and litigation activities. Handle a reasonable caseload while maintaining high-quality client service and legal work. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve case strategy, processes, and results. Approach each matter with persistence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for the client. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree required. Active California State Bar license required. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience required. Experience with depositions and arbitrations. Strong legal research, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain an organized caseload. Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, resilience, and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to learn, improve, and succeed.
