Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department in Los Angeles, CA. Duties Manage a significant caseload and collaborate with case managers and assistants. Work with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments. Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel. Attend and conduct hearings regularly. Develop skills in the personal injury pre-litigation process under experienced supervision. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Superior analytical and legal research skills. Creative and strategic thinking abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California State Bar license.
