Ensure no gaps in client treatment to minimize delays. Advise case managers on next steps in treatment. Monitor case manager files to verify insurance coverages and resolve liability issues promptly. Handle client complaints and resolve issues with case managers or medical providers. Monitor statutes of limitations and assist in trial preparation. Oversee document management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide clerical and executive administrative support to legal teams. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance. Conduct thorough legal research to support personal injury cases. Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Organize case files and maintain accurate records. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in legal proceedings. Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. Conduct initial case evaluations and develop case strategies. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements. Collaborate with team members for smooth transition to litigation. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize cases. Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other lawyers and paralegals. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC. Bilingual - all languages welcome.
