This senior-level lead and individual contributor position demands a unique blend of strategic oversight and direct execution. You will be instrumental in driving the visual success of key marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:


* Providing senior-level creative direction and guiding the development of compelling digital assets.
* Managing multi-disciplinary digital project workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
* Independently executing responsive web layout designs for various campaigns.
* Crafting engaging presentation decks to articulate creative strategies and outcomes.
* Balancing strategic oversight with rapid, hands-on production to meet fast-paced e-commerce demands.
* Leading creative concepts without micromanagement, fostering an environment of innovation and independent contribution.


**Required Skills & Experience**


* 10+ years of relevant professional experience


* Proficient in Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, HTML, and Microsoft Office
* Proven experience in online retail, e-commerce footwear, fashion, or accessories.
* Expertise in hands-on responsive web layout design and prototyping using industry-standard tools.
* Demonstrated ability to create impactful digital advertising assets for email, display banners, and social campaigns.
* Strong cross-functional creative direction skills across graphic design, copywriting, and photography.
* Proficiency in project workflow management, including timeline scheduling and creative resource allocation.
* Advanced digital asset production capabilities using enterprise multimedia tools.
* Experience in print and packaging layout design for seasonal marketing materials.
* Ability to seamlessly steer creative concepts without micromanaging, coupled with strong independent technical execution.


**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**


* Experience with e-commerce visual merchandising and digital storefront content management.
* A track record of brand strategy alignment and execution based on promotion performance data.
