Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapeutic practices to ensure progress continues outside of treatment sessions.

Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, keeping patient outcomes in focus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for helping people regain their independence
