Industrial Automation Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking an Industrial Automation Project Manager in Seattle, WA to lead automation and controls projects for industrial and manufacturing clients across the Pacific Northwest.
- Deliver industrial automation projects that improve client productivity and efficiency
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturing and industrial clients
- Grow the regional industrial automation practice through successful project delivery
- Develop project engineers and build high-performing project teams Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial automation projects from award through commissioning and closeout
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Lead client meetings and maintain regular communication on project status
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and field installation activities
- Review technical designs, submittals, and change order requests
- Manage project financials including billing, cost tracking, and margin analysis
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and technical requirements
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout execution
- Support business development through client relationships and proposal efforts
- Mentor project engineers and support team professional development Compensation and Logistics:
