Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.**Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.**As a**Digital Copywriter** on the **Creative& Strategy** team, a typical day for you will include: **Tone of Voice Development** * Partner with brand marketing teams to define and refine tone of voice guidelines across multiple brands.* Translate brand positioning into clear Deve, usable writing systems (voice principles, do/don't examples, messaging frameworks).* Ensure tone is adaptable across channels while remaining consistent and recognizable.* Continuously evolve voice guidelines based on performance and brand needs**Digital Copywriting & Execution** * Write high-performing copy across digital-first channels including: SMS/texting marketing, social media captions, email and marketing automation, digital ads and web content* Support occasional print copy needs (flyers, direct mail, etc.) as extensions of campaigns* Adapt messaging for different audiences, services, funnel stages**AI-Enabled Copy Systems** * Build and maintain AI-powered copywriting agents to scale content creation* Translate tone of voice guidelines into effective prompts and structured workflows* Use AI tools to generate, refine, and iterate on copy while maintaining quality and brand integrity* Identify opportunities to improve speed and consistency through automation and templating**Performance & Optimization*** Use performance data (engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.) to refine messaging* Test and iterate on headlines, hooks, and offers to improve effectiveness**Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.*** **Experience:*** 4–7 years of experience in copywriting, content, or digital marketing roles* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first copywriting (SMS, email, social, ads, etc.)* Experience developing or working within brand voice/tone of voice systems* Experience using AI tools to support copywriting workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)* Experience in multi-location or franchise-based businesses* Experience with A/B testing and performance marketing* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms* **Skills:** + Ability to translate strategy and insights into effective messaging + Strong attention to detail and ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously + proven ability to write clear, concise and persuasive copy across formats + Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment* **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or equivalent* **Schedule / in-office requirements:** + Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. + Our office locations are at: - 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx - 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx**Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them.*** Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience* Schedule: Full-time M-F – 8 AM to 5 PM* Benefits: Check out our benefits offerings Neighborly | Benefits Guide* Financial Benefits: Equity and annual bonus opportunities* Perks: Paid time off, Paid holidays, Recess breaks, wellness programs*Neighborly is fully committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified employees without regard to their race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic prohibited by federal or state law.
