Challenger 300 Captain (Part 135) - Dallas, TX

What you will do Serve as Pilot in Command on the CL-30 series (Challenger 300) with a sharp focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience. Plan and execute domestic and international flights in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 and company SMS. Lead all phases of flight: performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM reviews, international documentation, and customs coordination. Exercise strong, timely decision-making under pressure while managing risk, crew resources, and changing operational conditions. Deliver white-glove service to owners and charter clients while representing the operation with professionalism and discretion. Leverage flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools for routing, crew scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance. Maintain aircraft and crew readiness, currency, and training standards; contribute to a proactive safety culture. What you bring License: ATP (FAA) Medical: Class 1 Total Time: 5,000 hours PIC Time: 2,500 hours Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours (including 1,500 hours Multi-Engine PIC) Turbine: 2,000 hours Instrument: 500 hours Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and SMS. Excellent communication and leadership skills; sound judgment under pressure. Proficiency with flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools. Previous Part 135 experience is highly desirable. Type Rating: Not required — Challenger 300 training provided for qualified candidates.
