Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis, Mental Health)

Provides professional nursing care to patients in a state-operated facility. Observes, assesses, and records symptoms, reactions, and progress. Makes nursing rounds and takes and records vital signs. Prepares and administers prescribed medications and treatment plans. Monitors patients on a timely basis, providing immediate medical attention when necessary. Participates in staff development and education activities. Reviews care plans and trains or orients new employees. Responsible for healthcare of several bedridden patients, evaluating care needs and administering medications. Performs specialized procedures, including IV therapy and wound care. Organizes and oversees emergency response teams. Performs clerical tasks related to patient care and documentation. Maintains inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Acts as a liaison within the organization and conducts meetings as needed. Demonstrates knowledge of registered nursing procedures and regulations. Possesses skill in operating medical equipment and ability to document patient information accurately. Demonstrates physical fitness and the ability to manage various tasks in a high-pressure environment.
