Overview In this role you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical histories. Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress; modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island. About the Practice Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
