Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Bradley Group is currently hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment.Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who are reliable, willing to learn, and able to work a 12-hour schedule.ScheduleThis position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMThe 2-2-3 schedule includes a combination of workdays and days off. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed.Job ResponsibilitiesStack and adjust sheets of paper on production lines and palletsPrepare and band pallets for shipmentAssist machine operators in wet and dry production areasHelp restart the production process following downtimeClean machinery and production areasSweep floors and remove paper debris, resin, and dustEmpty trash cans and dumpstersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety rules and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsManufacturing or forklift experience is preferred, but not requiredPrevious paper manufacturing experience is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnGood attendance and punctuality are requiredReliable transportationAbility to work 12-hour shifts and overtimeAbility to stand for extended periods and frequently bend and step up/downAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Ability to read, write, and understand written instructionsAbility to communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsMust be willing to follow all plant safety policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for dependable, hardworking candidates who want an opportunity to grow with a company and potentially move into a permanent position.If you have manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, production, or general labor experience, we encourage you to apply!Apply today to be considered for this Production Worker opportunity in Lexington, NC.
