• Full Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Full Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Part Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications for LPN:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Current North Carolina State License as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
