Grants Management Specialist

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Air Force Research Laboratory Minority Leaders Research Collaboration Program, the full-time remote Grants Management Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and programmatic support while ensuring effective delivery of academic and research services. Key responsibilities: Manage complex administrative and operational processes for the program Coordinate with the Assistant Director to advance the program's strategic objectives Develop and maintain records, reports, and tracking systems with high accuracy Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and four years of experience in award management and grant administration Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
