Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor bottle filling and tube filling equipment .
- Perform machine changeovers, setup adjustments, and line clearance between products.
- Operate filling, capping/sealing, coding, and related packaging equipment.
- Monitor fill weights/volumes and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Perform routine in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues.
- Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
- Clean and sanitize filling equipment and production areas according to procedures.
- Follow GMP, safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Meet production targets while maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime and waste.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating bottle filling, tube filling, packaging, or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Basic mechanical and machine troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with machine setup and changeovers is preferred.
- Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, and written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM .
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
