This position involves painting metal parts used in the production of large industrial machinery. Utilizing a pressure pot system with a fan spray gun, you will spray primer, top coat, and prep products for painting. The role also requires setting up and operating a sandblaster to remove scale, rust, and dirt from metal parts before painting.ResponsibilitiesPerform industrial painting of metal parts in the production of large machinery.Spray primer and top coat using a fan spray gun with adjustable settings.Prep products for painting using wire brushes and grinders.Set up and operate a sandblaster to clean metal parts.Handle pressure pot systems for setting up, switching colors, and cleaning equipment.Ensure quality finishing of metal parts.Maintain dependable work ethic and seek long-term opportunities.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial painting.Proficiency in spraying metal parts using pressure pot systems.Ability to operate sandblasting equipment.Experience in industrial finishing techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior painting and industrial finishing experience is required.No certifications are necessary.Why Work Here?Join a growing company with a solid temp-to-hire opportunity.
